Thank you very much indeed for the prompt action you have taken with regard to replacing the cable for my Adonis microphone with one modified to work with my rigs.
I am delighted to inform you that it works perfectly with both of my Yaesu rigs and as requested I return the original cable.
I am aware that the action you took was over and above that normally expected of an employee or even an employer and I am very grateful of your attention to my difficulty.

Just a few lines in these busy times to say a heartfelt thank you Martin. Everyone I dealt with (including the Lady on your switchboard) have been so friendly and helpful.

My thanks especially to Chris, Robin & Tony who went out of their way to be so helpful. My rigs arrived as promised the next day. I must say I was surprised at their size (the IC7000 being smaller than I had imagined in my minds eye), but what lot it delivers in such a small package.

Further to my telecon this afternoon with Robin: many thanks for the replacement which arrived this afternoon. I set it up quickly, linked to my FT-840, and am pleased to report that it is working well on all bands, including 80m. I've just had a successful QSO on 17m with WD8CCC, and found the preamp very helpful.

Once again, many thanks for the prompt and courteous attention to my technical problem, and the speedy solution!

Again I find myself writing to you all on the excellent service your company has provided after my used purchase in March of my FT-1000MkV Field.

I found myself a month ago contacting you with regard to a fault. The service from you was again second to none, the radio was quickly collected and in your workshops within one day.

Martin Lynch as a company never failed to up-date me on what was happening and the radio was returned under warranty in perfect working condition as promised.

The commitment from your company for after-sales was the best yet to experience. When you get service like your company obviously pride themselves in, it makes things very easy for people like me where to spend their money on the next purchase.

Hi, many thanks for the super service I received regarding the breakdown of one of my radios. The problem was sorted quickly, and professionally, and its good to know we can trust our dealers to sort things when a radio lets us down..somthing the european dealers can't do....think about this when saving 2 quid on your gear...thanks Brian Chris and Martin I shall keep recommending people to you.

Just a short note to say thanks once more for your hospitality yesterday (16/08/07). It is always a fun day when we come down from the Midlands.

I have just set up the FT2000D and it is performing better than I was expecting. The receive seems to be better than my old FT2000 and the extra 100W does make a difference when used bare foot.

Rang at 1535 on Thursday 9th.August to express my interest in a secondhand TS-870. I asked for an opinion on the condition of the radio and Martin came back with 'very good except for a cracked knob at the top RHS'. Martin offered to replace the knob once they received them from Kenwood, so I decided to buy the radio. Five minutes later I received a text message saying that they had found two knobs and replaced both.

The radio arrived at 0735 this morning and it is in excellent condition just as Martin described. I am really pleased with my purchase and with the brilliant service from ML&S.

Hi Martin, ref: our previous mails, the PS-85 arrived safely this morning, what service, very fast & efficient tnx. I have just set it up to my Icom IC-756 Pro III & seems to be ok, there are a few carriers hash etc on HF but, living in the middle of a housing estate there is usually plenty of "rubbish" about & I'd be hard pushed to blame the PSU at this early stage! overall, it isn't anywhere near as bad as I had feared after reading the reviews on it.

I thank you again for your kind offer of a refund had I needed it. Thanks again for the brilliant service.
